1) What is this event about?

LIT DISCOvery is an aggregated career discovery resource platform to support you in your career development. This year, in response to the uncertainties that arose amid COVID-19, the LIT DISCOvery has gone virtual, with its content specially curated to help you prepare for a Post COVID-19 economy. Consisting of 3 programme segments, LIT DISCOvery highlights the importance of resilience in times of crisis.


2) Where can I sign up to get access to this event?

You do not need to sign up, simply log on to www.litdisco.sg. However, if you wish to get the access code to the exclusive content on the site (available for NTUC members only). You will need to share with us the following details via the virtual assistant on the top right corner for verification purposes:

  4. A screenshot of the email confirmation you received on your NTUC membership application or a photo of your NTUC silver membership card (physical card or card on MyNTUC app)

3) How do I sign up as an NTUC member?

4) I want to view the members' exclusive content, but I am not a NTUC member, what do I do?

If you are not an NTUC member, to gain access to exclusive segments of today's event, you may sign up as a member here: https://ntuc.org.sg/MEDALOL/ntucmembershipYOUNGNTUC.htm. Upon completion of your membership sign up, please provide us with the following details via the virtual assistant on the top right corner and we will be able to provide you with an access code. :) You can upload your screenshot via the attach files button found in the chat.

5) I registered and am an NTUC member, but I did not receive the access code, what do I do?

You may retrieve your access code from the email sent by Young NTUC titled " Young NTUC LIT DISCOvery 2020, 10 June". Do check your spam/junk folder if it cannot be found in your inbox. (if unable to find the email, refer to below) If you are unable to find the email, please provide us with the following details for verification via the virtual assistant on the top right corner and we will be able to provide you with an access code. :) You can upload your screenshot via the attach files button found in the chat.

6) How can I redeem the gift?

Participate in our workshops, employers networking sessions and industry talks and keep a lookout for the secret codes that will be flashed at the end of each session. Gather 2 different secret codes and input them in the gift redemption page. You will receive an email with the QR code for the gift redemption. Do note this is limited to the first 750 pax. 1 redemption per participant. :)


7) How do I gain access to exclusive content on the website?

If you are not an NTUC member, to gain access to exclusive segments of today's event, you may sign up as a member here: https://ntuc.org.sg/MEDALOL/ntucmembershipYOUNGNTUC.htm. 8) Where can I find the full programme of the day?

The full programme is on www.litdisco.sg homepage.


9) Which content is members’ exclusive?

The workshops, profiling test and live resume review are members’ exclusive.


10) Can you share the speakers’ slides?

We will not be able to share the speakers’ slides. However, if you wish to reference to any content mentioned, you may do a playback on the speaker’s session which will be available on www.litdisco.sg for the whole of June 2020.


11) Will the content be available after the event?

Yes, all livestream content will be available after the event for the whole of June 2020 on www.litdisco.sg. To view the workshop content after the event, please enter the same access code issued to you.


12) I can’t seem to load the page properly, why is it so?

The recommended browser for this site is Google Chrome. You may wish to use Chrome to access the website.


13) Where can I put in my questions to the speakers?

You will find a speech icon at the bottom right of the livestream. Click on that, and go to the Q&A portion to put in your questions.
